The staff was friendly, the hotel was modern and clean in the rooms and in all public spaces. I loved the natural light throughout. Breakfast options were great!

Room was clean, not at 100%, but it's a quick stop lodge, sleep and go, type of hotel. Security is good. Front desk staff can make some improvements, as they're not motivated to go to work and I kept having to repeatedly ask for things or call for assistance. In the end, at check out, the staff didn't really care much about assisting the minimum request, to see if they're able to get a push cart, which I ended up having to use the office desk from the room, the rolling chair to roll out all of my heavy belongings. Again, with that itself, the staff didn't care much of my own effort. In addition, they tend to get a lot of homeless folks visiting during breakfast hours to eat at their facility.

Great just minor misses.

The stay over all was great. My only complaint and it’s superficial is the tv remote wasn’t the correct one and the drain in the sink in the bathroom was stuck closed but overall would stay here again.

Check in staff was unfriendly and the rest of the staff was barely helpful. The only thing this place has in its favor is the location. It was clean. Bring your pillow from home if you are able.

This hotel is in a super ideal location. There are plenty of food/shopping nearby, all of which were walkable. Hotel had super easy parking, access to major roads and public transportation. Staff were all incredibly friendly and willing to help out. Breakfast was delicious and easily exceeded expectations. There were so many options and the hot food was always fresh. Breakfast team was also super nice and on top of replenishing and keeping eating areas clean. The hotel itself was in great condition. There were some minor maintenance issues here and there but with a hotel that get high volumes of traffic, that is excepted. Front desk staff were always incredibly hospitable. Room was clean, housekeeping staff were great! We extended our stay an extra night and it was worth it!

This place is way overdue for a remodel, so many things need to be upgraded. The rooms need new carpet. The colors are 1979 orange, everything works. It’s just very worn down.
