Thanks to front desk staff who provided excellent service during my stay. The property especially the bathroom need refurbishing badly. Water leaked from the shower to the toilet area in my room. Cleaners need to do a better job with the bathroom and powder area - black molds and stains covering some areas.

Clean room and the shopping mall is just below the hotel. Good breakfast options. The free shuttle to and from the airport is also very much appreciated. The hotel is far from the city of Hong Kong though. If you want to stroll around the city, it would take you awhile to get there. Also, I feel like the hotel is kinda on the expensive side.

Great place to stay at in Lantau

Great place to stay. Since we had a 5 day stay and wanted to avoid a long drive to main island, I preferred to stay at Novotel. Obviously a little expensive side, but you have a free shuttle from airport which directly takes you to the hotel. Then NgongPing 360, is connected through an excellent mall near by, so that you can finish the Big Buddha, Tai-o-village all in one day from here and then move ahead to other islands. View is great, buffet is good, can be improved with more continental varieties too. Overall loved the stay!!
