Beautiful Hotel. The Customer service is top notch! The Buffet was delicious and such a variety, I would add soul food to the buffet, such as fried chicken and oxtails, but it's amazing as is. The best, most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in

The room was beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean!! We loved the ability to control everything in the room using an iPad. There was plenty of space to store your clothes. The living area had a beautiful view of the Las Vegas mountains!! I loved the convenience of pre check-in and using the self-service kiosk to acquire our room keys. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I only have 2 criticisms, the bathroom could use a little updating. The shower floor tiles need to be replaced and some of the grout needs a deep cleaning or replacement. Also, I'm not a big gambler, but I will play the slots for a limited amount of time just for fun. I could not make use of the casino for any length of time during my stay, as the smell of cigarette smoke was just too overwhelming!! I do recommend the Wynn Hotel and would consider staying there again in the future.

Business made fun!

My entire stay from beginning to end was nothing short of amazing! While I was attending my business meetings, my husband and grandson had a wonderful time at the pool. We enjoyed some restaurants on the properties as well as in the surrounding areas. Can’t wait until next year to go!
