Had to wait for everything. Made reservation for the Wynn and was told I had to stay at Encore. No help guiding me through from Wynn to Encore...very bad signage. Room flooded, lights in bathroom didn't work. Reported the problem to front desk. No offer to move us. I will never go back.

Wynn is by far the best hotel I had ever stayed in !! the rooms are super nice and clean the hotel staff are friendly and caring. Would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Las Vegas for the first time !
