Luxurious!

This property is amazing! Everything was wonderful, staff was attentive and friendly. The room was luxurious. Had tickets to a concert at the Sphere and it was an easy walk to get there.

Every component of service at the Wynn Encore was extremely professional and reliable. If you are standing anywhere on the property, and look even remotely confused or troubled, a Wynn employee will rush over to see what they can do. This is what happens when you hire professionals and pay them adequately for their skill and passion. It’s something we rarely see or experience these days.

First time to enjoy, I prepaid for panoramic view room and first time room was not ready untill 9 pm. As a platinum member I have vip early check in and complimentary upgrade, that’s did not happened, as an opposite, I had to wait extra time this time. So stressful. They did have me done credit, but what good much it does when you stressed and your room is not ready at 3 pm? Lung was at front desk, fast talker, but not much help. I wish for $800 a night service abd organization was better.

Only had rooms on smoking floors when I checked in

When I checked in.. I was told they only had smoking rooms it was beyond terrible smoke smell -wise. , it took 2 hours for my suitcase to get to my room and I was told I had to wait and stay in room. I had headache. They compensated a bit, but not much. and moved me the next day. . my clothes smelled like smoke. I didn't think they really cared

The Wynn is a beautiful property. Clean rooms and great service. A couple of negatives were the lack of signage to access the Sphere and the hallways had a pungent smell and no ventilation.

I was supposed to stay here but using Expedia as a third-party was very very bad. Don’t ever use Expedia as a third-party. They never returned my money. I never ended up in Las Vegas. I tried to cancel with the hotel they wouldn’t accommodate. They just wanted money. it was all about the money Don’t ever go with a third-party. The people in the wind. Vegas were not accommodating. I explained to them the situation they didn’t care I called Expedia they didn’t care. Nobody wanted to listen WestJet is the worst. Please don’t ever fly WestJet unless you have a lot of money to throw away this trip cost me $6000 with no refund And never ended up in Vegas on my 60th birthday. What a disappointment.
