Very clean and exceptional room. Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff member. Location convenient for our vacation plans as close for tours at Glen Morangie Distillery and Dunrobin Castle.

Lovely stay. Perfect central location. Really nice hotel.

Room wasn't clean - the trash hadn't been emptied and had paperwork, tissues and a pair of socks clearly in the bin. The shower wasn't clean - mould on tiles and in grout throughout the shower and fittings. Hotel was completely booked so couldn't be changed to another room.

Cute little shepherds hut, very thoughtfully laid out so I had plenty of facilities, plus room under the bed to store own things so wasn’t tripping over my bags and the dog bed all the time. Lovely Mountain View through the patio doors and window next to the bed. Beautiful garden for the dog to sniff around after a tiring day climbing hills to the Fyrish Monument and running through the Dornoch Bay sand dunes. The angle of the hut makes it feel like you’re completely alone, but with the security of being on the edge of a small cluster of houses. Good if you’re a solo traveller.

Right on the river ness. Walking /running path very convenient . Quiet are but not far from pubs and restaurants. Bfast was lovely each day and their dinner good too. No elevators so just be aware. We preferred second floor room to first.
