I had a fantastic stay at the Ambience. The hotel staff were excellent. From checkin to departure they were always helpful. The room was very good with lots of amenities. Free snacks and soda every day, lots of bottled water and coffee and tea. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options. I especially liked the selection of small cakes everyday. The coffee machine in the Breakfast area was available all day for coffee, espresso, latte etc. The hotel was close to two metro stations and there was an abundance of restaurants in the immediate area to a short walk. A welcome bonus was the free self serve laundry room with detergent provided. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely pick Ambience again next time I am in Taipei.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I mean everyone is. Very clean room. Yummy breakfast that changes every day. Walkable and quiet. Shout out to everyone from the reception to the breakfast area who are always polite and ready to assist you with any request, from heating your left over food to offering you with bottled water if you needed more. Thank you to Mae and Sally or Sandy. She was wearing a face mask so I can’t properly identify her. We will stay here again when we return to Taipei.

This 3 star hotel punches way above its weight. Huge rooms with city view and bath that i could watch the football from. Staff were extremely friendly. The buffet breakfast was unlike any other i had ever had.

Really nice staff and very clean rooms. The hotel at first glance does look dated however was very clean and had everything you needed. There are many place to eat and a big shopping area just 10minutes walk away (Syntrend). The closest train station is about a 10 minute walk as well.
