Very nice hotel in Auckland. The room was very clean and had some really awesome views of the Sky Tower via big floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of tons of great places to eat. We parked in the nearby Civic Car Park for a great price, but they do have some parking for pick-off and drop-off. We would definitely consider staying here again!
Room was clean, got a handicapped room but wasn’t needed - it was ok - shower curtain was dirty on the bottom. Restaurant was good. Everyone was helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Room was very good but some of the light controllers were in unusual places. Staff were excellent and helpful. Location was good with a good mix of eating places. Bus service to the port area close by.

A Quest hotel masquerading as a Sheraton.
Clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Oddly insane TV, maybe the slowest UI known to man and feverishly wants you to set an alarm with a really high default volume.
Location is fine, at the point of Queen St just before it gets too steep to walk up. Sadly Auckland has let itself go so you might not want to leave your room. There is a water filter by the lift. The bed is comfortable and pillows fine.
The room included 3 instant coffees, 3 sugars, 3 teas. 6 little milks and two cups. 1 tooth brush/soap/shower cap… couldn’t figure out if the room was for one or two people.
The bathroom had two barn style doors. The main one didn’t work, it was broken so couldn’t be closed. The other one was entirely pointless. Please hotels, use a door like an adult. The bathroom soap did smell like the adult version of Lynx Africa.
Was standing by the tv barefoot and found a nail woven into the carpet. There is no way a cleaner didn’t notice that rusty nail while vacuuming. Otherwise the place was pleasantly spotless, the glass shower door sparkling.
Check in staff were efficient but not very warm. We did not try any of the food places in the hotel. The food places always had an older crowd (think walking frames), they looked happy.
The hotel gym was well stocked with equipment and clean. Even had free apples available.
The hotel was fine for a night or two but not overly memorable.
Staff members were all very helpful and responsive. Great location. Buffet breakfast was a challenge; staff were rushing to keep up with restocking foods. I had to wait forty minutes for an omelet after asking staff four time. When it arrived it was excellent.
