Wonderful hotel in the perfect location. Loved our room … very comfortable and a great view. Staff were amazingly helpful but could be good to have a separate valet service as reception desk staff were leaving the desk to park cars which seemed a bit strange. Also the hair dryer overheated very quickly so had to leave with wet hair. Their were two lifts that didn't seem to be working so it took me ten minutes to catch a lift as they were full with people coming down from Churchills. However I can understand why because Churchills was amazing. Could have stayed their all evening. Despite the minor gripes I would definitely come back.

Excellent except hallways are noisy. Soundproofing the rooms would have been nice.
