The plus point of the hotel is transportation, food and shopping. The minus point is waiting time for the lift. It takes more than 3 minutes to reach to 3rd floor or street level as the building has more than 20 storey. There are limited lifts accessible to the lower floors.

A hotel with friendly service, but has its drawbac

The room with 4 beds was large and nice, but the lack of a window was a big drawback. I was very confused when I checked in because I was not told that it was a room without a window. It felt like I was in a prison, not a hostel.

Perfect location

Location was perfect, just across the road from Taipei main station. So MRT, bus and fast train and airport train. Also 7/11 and family marts on either side of hotel. Room was functional but no window! Nice bed linen and big TV

A happy stay at Mayer Inn

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights at the hotel. The waiting time when check-in at about noon time was a bit long and people were queueing up whereas there was only one hotel staff at the check-in counter. We were told to use the auto-checkin machine, but found out that that machine would not start working until 1700. Thus, we had no choice but to continue joining the queue and wait for our turn to chec-in. Apart from the hiccup at the checkin counter, everything turned out right thereafter. We had a pleasant and satisfying experience staying at your hotel.

員工服務態度很親切，交通便捷，附近商店頗多。 但，浴室淋浴間的隔間偏矮，淋浴間裡的水龍頭卻莫名的高，且淋浴間排水有問題。 冷氣遙控無法使用，衣架也有壞掉的。 被套長度不夠長，所以被胎有一部分是露出來的（這點很扯，相關人員沒發現嗎？）

It was right in front of the Main Taipei Station, making it easy and quick to travel around Taipei. It's also about a ~20min walk from Ximending and its surrounding area.

Close to modes of transport and many shopping options around. Might be inconvenient for light sleepers as the hotel walls are thin and we can hear neighbours talking. ok for the price we paid to stay.
