Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping reported right away the laptop I'd left in my room. They sent me an email, which I received in time to turn around, get back to the hotel, pick it up, and still make my flight. I was very grateful. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet. Slept great. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was they kept laundering our towels despite following the instructions to leave them on the rack if we did not need that.

Family friendly, good sized rooms with sitting area, free bottled water, robes and slippers. There are several restaurants and shops in the building including a bakery and bento stand. Medium sized outdoor pool. Buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of options both Asian food and western, especially fresh fruits. Only downside is the property is somewhat old and the carpets were heavily stained. Location great with bus stop right in front of the hotel and 2 train stations less than 10 min walk away.
