Overall, this hotel wasn’t bad. The staff were very friendly. I did feel that they needed more seating in the lobby, as I was forced to practically stand around waiting for check in time.

This was a really good value for the cost. The only thing that I think they need to do is put some seating in the lobby. It is a little uncomfortable when you arrive an hour or two before check in to just have to stand around

Check-in, Check-out The check-in and check-out process was smooth and english friendly. Area and Transportation The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the Ximen shopping area, Ximen train station, and some convenience stores. At night, the area is relatively quiet and I had no issues with noise while trying to sleep. Amenities The hotel states that they do not provide any health amenities (shaving cream, razors, etc.) so you must provide your own. This includes hand soap, however, they do provide a dispenser for body soap and shampoo in the shower. However, when leaving the hotel, I noticed that the cleaning staff's cart contained disposable razors, so I'm not sure why they were not distributing them. Room and Bed The room is relatively small so those with large suitcases beware. There's not much room to place luggage and there isn't a suitable table for work on the computer if you intended to do any. The bed was very comfortable and had good blankets. The room contains a thermostat that states you can do both heat and AC, however, I did not find the option for heat to work.
