The room was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star review is the entire time I stayed there, the boiler was out and the water temperature in the bathroom was lukewarm. I did leave a cash tip for the housekeeper because I did have some shopping bags I left empty water bottles and other regular trash items. I think I left my USB-C charger there, but that’s okay I guess. People forget things all the time. Anyways, thanks to the hotel staff for being so nice! P.S. - I’m the one who left the night staff the pie from Capricciosa. 😃

You can never go wrong with a decent stay. It’s one of the few hotels in Guam that is really accommodating especially during the holiday season. Love the quietness, the atmosphere, and staff is professional. Will always come back yearly.

There was no hot water anywhere in the hotel the entire week, the boiler was broken. One day there was no water pressure to even have a cool shower. The toilet did not flush fully. Although the staff at the desk were kind, there was no information about these issues shared. I believe that was incumbent upon the manager. They did not contact me before check in to notify me that the boiler was not working nor was it disclosed at check in. When I reported it the first morning they acted as if it was a new issue although I was later told it’s been an “ongoing” problem. When I was discussing it with them they made me feel I was being unreasonable to want hot water. They told me not everyone was “complaining” and referred to it as not to “my liking”. We were talking about not having hot water and the ability to shower at all one day! Never was there an apology or an attempt to empathize. It was extremely poor customer service.

Convenient, older hotel. Beds a little hard but typical Asian pacific style. Our stay had limited hot water for the shower. Quiet with large lobby and small lobby store for souvenirs and snacks. I stay here often on business trip. Always a good stay. Walkable to food and shopping nearby. Easy beach access.

The only reason for a decent customer service rating was our first room was just reeking of mold. The staff quickly moved us to another room. The next room we didnt notice the smell until we hit the bed. The lobby was a level up and when we entered we didn't know that. Only local folk drinking and no one greeted us. The beautiful pics must be from a long time ago. Basically we got fooled with the pictures. It must have been a beautiful place at one time.

The Holiday Suite was a spacious corner room with a balcony. Overlooking the pool and Matapang beach. Room appeared a little dated. But good value. Bed was comfortable. Would book again.

The room was large and clean. The view was overlooking the ocean as requested. However there were no washcloths in the bathroom or the hotel. There was only one Outlet behind the center of the bed so unusable to charge phone at night time. Water and shower did not get hot even after running for several minutes. Scheduled water outage from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. one night of stay with no compensation offered for time of inconvenience.
