The location is perfect for going to the airport and it provides a free shuttle, but the hotel staffs gave mixing feelings mostly friendly enough except the one who checked us in was impatient maybe she'd been working long hours?

A beautiful hotel with wonderful view and environment. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great. We will highly recommend it.

exceed my all expectations. very convenient, yet very quiet and tranquil.. Staff was attentive yet not intrusive. I left my wallet behind after I checked out, they sent me an email right away to inform me of such. it was picked up by cleaning crew and forwarded to the front desk. All my US cash and two credit cards were intact!! Amazing and thankful from my heart!!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, located right next to Taipei 101, and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay. The view from the room was outstanding, offering a beautiful perspective Taipei 101. Cleanliness was top-notch, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei.
