I have stayed here several times. Now that Covid is over they have more amenities like coffee and tea in the lobby and newer keurig in the room…no refrigerator in the one I had. The furniture is elegant but a bit worn…otherwise I would give 5 stars. Great walkable location for dining.

Dated and cramped

Old hotel. A bit cramped and you have to request a fridge and microwave which are brought on a cart and cramp the room even more. Shared terrace (w/3 other rooms) which I thought would be private. Mushy bed. Neighborhood is not good for parking or staying busy. Business district. Not optimal.

Fantastic smiles at every interaction. The beds were completely worn out. Room 206. Pillows great. Water in shower hot, but no flow/pressure. Hairdryer weak, and super loud. Room clean but coffee cups were covered in dust. Restaurant wasn't open as advertised. Valet, wonderful!

My husband and I stayed one night for an appointment we needed to go to. I won’t stay there again. The light was so dim in the bathroom, I could hardly see. The room and hotel definitely needs an update. The bathtub drain was broken, the bathroom sink was clogged, the makeup mirror light didn’t work and the room was dusty. The only good thing was it was quiet and there is a really good restaurant directly across the street where we could walk to. ( The Tobacco Co) I don’t see how housekeeping can clean these room on a daily basis and not report these problems. I paid good money. The mattress was halfway comfortable and at least the pillows were soft. I’ll stay somewhere else next time I visit. I did report all these problems to the front desk guy and he didn’t even offer any compensation. One more thing.. there was an ice machine room in our floor , but it wasn’t available. We had to go to another floor for ice..

Fun night out

Really excellent location. Within walking distance of several great restaurants and bars. Great, friendly service. Room looks really classy and nice. Bed is noisy and every time my husband moved it woke me up. But the bed was comfortable. The view at sunset was gorgeous!

Traveling home from FL to PA wanted an Easy On/Off 95. Pictures on hotel site and on Expedia look much better than actual property. The room I got was not what was pictured in Expedia. Front desk told me Expedia chooses my room and instead I should call the property if I want to get what I think I reserve. I was not happy.

A Good Choice

A nice traditional hotel that has been a favorite of ours for years. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Some may feel that it is somewhat dated but we feel it's just a more traditional style. The new restaurant was really a good choice for us.
