This is a good properties well kept, but staff could.be more.on their toes. For example, the refreshments offered at check-in often ran out, the sauna or hamman invariably did not work, and although I was entitled to an upgrade and late check out, neither was provided to me although there was obviously an upgraded room available because I could have booked it myself on their website when I checked. I these perks are subject to availability, when they are available and not offered it's the sign of a stingy hotel that is putting profit over ita guest's comfort. The hotel is very convenient to the airport as it's right across the street on a 5 minute walk to the TGV train station.

Great place to spend the nite after a long flight from USA. Only thing that would be better would be to have some food available more hours as after arriving might need to eat before normal restaurant hours as you need to go to sleep!

The hotel doesn’t have parking so i parked my car in the airport parking and it costed me 30€ The room was very cold and they don’t have heaters i waked up sick I was staying in the 3rd floor and there was a party in the hotel the dj stayed till 1 am and it was so noisy i couldn’t sleep The staff don’t understand english and dont speak english and they where very rude You can find better hotel in the same area with heater and free parking and good staff in half price i dont recommend
