Wonderful Stay

The carpark, the entrance/reception, the room are all very clean, very tidy and very well maintained. It is in the city centre but it is quiet and can hardly hear the traffic from our room. Communication from the hotel was efficient, how to check-in after hours was clearly explained. Jamie has been accommodating with our questions and requests. The continental breakfast was filling - toast, cereal, yoghurt, milk, fruits, and a glass of juice. There are plenty of eateries and shops around the hotel. We had a great 3-day stay, and can't wait to come back in August. Thank you!

As I was stuck in evening traffic, I almost missed the manned check-in time which was 18:00. However, I noticed I got reminder messages sent to me through multiple channels such as emails, SMS and Expedia, it was a kind reminder telling me how I can pick up my key card after office hours. At the end I made it on time, so I got to meet with the receptionist and he offered me free milk for my drinks in the room too, very considerate.

What a gem of a hotel! The staff was so welcoming. We had a wonderful breakfast, better than the three other hotels we’ve stayed at on this holiday. The room was clean and the bathroom may have been on the smaller side but it was sparklingly clean and the shower was very roomy. We will plan to stay again next time in Tauranga.

This place is probably more a Motel rather than Hotel however dont let that deter you away from it. This was one of the better experiences I have stayed in when it comes to room comfort and staff accommodation. Check in was easy, everything was explained, the room was clean, bed soft, the lights were awesome and had really thought out features, aircon, tea, coffee, mini fridge. It was spacious and super well taken care of. The only issue I had was the continental breakfast, I just wish there were more options to choose from, but it was free with VIP so not much to complain about. Oh and soundproofing, I could hear my neighbours both sideways and above me, but at 9pm onwards, quiet. Would stay again :)
