Mount Maunganui- centrally located retro bach right across road from the beach

This is a dear old girl that has been lovingly restored and upgraded to a retro themed bach. We have spent the last two years renovating and would now like to share our special place. Amazing sea views over to the local surf spot and Rabbit Island which is just across the road. Mount Maunganui shopping center full of cafes, restaurants and fashion shops is 5 mins walk. For those energetic guests Mauao (Mt Maunganui) is about 1 km away along the newly installed pathway. This dual use pathway is 3km long and runs along Marine Parade. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with the the bunk room downstairs. This is accessed from the exterior of the property but inside the locked side gate. There is a ping pong table, washing machine and several drinks fridges in this space. We have a large back lawn which is unusual in this location with lovely afternoon sun and views of Mauao. No tents allowed.
