Just a quick overnight stop in our travels. For a great price, we got a clean, quiet room with a full size fridge, so we could refreeze our ice packs and keep our cooler food cold. We missed the free breakfast because we slept in. My only "complaint" is paying for parking, but as my partner says, "we're on vacation."

Check in person was not engaged, customer service could be better. Room 110. Needs refreshed The room with Queen bed. Red stand at end of bed, carpet strip was exposed little sharp edges sticking up. The room with 2 beds. One bed sheet smell and the pillow smelled like a dead animal. Just a lot of little issue s. Would not stay there again

Room was stated sleep. Four people will only sleep three at Max. Lotta broken things stated had indoor pool does not price incorrect from what was on the website. Very rude customer service.

This place was very nice, we really enniyed our time there. But i wasnt impressed with our room. The locked on the door was broke, the one light did not work, the hair dryer was broek and the lock for the bathroom was broke as well. Curtians were ripped as well. Also i wish i was told before i reserved my weekend was not told about the daily parking fee as welll!

We arrived on a Tuesday and they didn’t attempt to bring towels until Friday. They only leave 3 towels. The staff was rude except the breakfast area. They had fountain drinks which was a huge plus.

Smelled like weed on the entire first floor. Nice person at desk. Paying $10 fo parking is OBSCENE. Silly. It’s Louisville not downtown Chicago. A tad pricey considering the age of the interior of the property is showing.
