The room was clean, the staff was courteous, the breakfast was extensive with high-quality offerings. Fast elevators that cut down your waiting time to a minimum. A space for our rental car was always available in their parking garage. The hotel is located right on the Promenade.

Very nicely located hotel with comfortable rooms. The front desk was however systematically making you feel they didn't want to be there and neither did they care for you to be there as well, making the stay a bit unpleasant.

We have stayed here several times. Excellent location and if you book a balcony room the views are terrific. Great breakfast, very extensive. But it is now looking very tired and a bit unloved. Paintwork and carpets are tired. No usb sockets in room, old style bathrooms. However if you get it at the right price then take it !

The Orchid is an older hotel but in the best location. It also has available parking but very pricey. It is central to all the great spots, making it extremely walkable. The rooms themselves are very nice, highly recommend a balcony view. The price is worth it.

Very nice. We stayed for Shabbat. Very ice dinner Friday night. (250 shekel) Breakfast is extra or make sure its in the booking. So Shabbat you can leave deposit and get ready snacks/drinks/coffee from the bar. Sweet Hotel. Ps. The pool is on the first floor off of the lobby, small and not private at all. (If you care) We loved this place definitely would come back !!!

Never Again

The front desk are NOT very welcoming to Americans. The lack of welcoming was disappointing. No help with taxi! # no friendly No friendly attitudes instead gave me a paper and I was supposed to just read as I asked questions the attitude was like I should figured it out without questions. Very noise next door neighbors until 2 am Called the front desk 2 times after trying to sleep by 10:30 then after 11::30 the laud party didn’t stoped until around 2am! Its absurd.
