No microwave. Bed a bit uncomfortable. And for the price, the bathroom should be much nicer. I had booked a king ocean view room. They tried to give me a 2 double bed room and when i explained i booked a king room i was told they could put me in a king room for $98 more a night. This was disappointing.

I had a terriable room not worth the money paid room was dirty stains on walls and floor. Wanted a single bed got 2 twin beds cupboard was broken no microwave. Only a used rool toilet paper. My worst exsperience ever will never rent again when asked for another room i was told nothing available. Not true they always have rooms.

Not impressed booked a king thru expedia months ago and prepaid....arrived to find king not available. Smoke detector not working told desk did come and replace the dead battery so far gone wasn't even beeping. Such a safety issue as we are on 5 th floor. Very noisy as by road and Huggos glad checking out tomorrow. Restaurant was great won't be back

Loved the location, rooms were clean, staff was great! Especially loved that the Luau was right there on the grounds. The only thing I can say negative is that the pool chairs were always full, and there were no other areas that had chairs facing the water. There was a nice sandy area by one of the towers, but no chairs . Everything else was great!

It’s an older hotel, nothing fancy, but good location. The WiFi signal in the south tower was too weak to connect. The ‘hot’ water was just luke warm. Are you a coffeeholic like me? The coffee is the tea-bag type that mostly tastes like water - no coffee provided for guests otherwise - we bought some instant coffee which was much better. Otherwise we would stay here again.

Only downsides are you can't swim right off of propert in ocean and you must pay for parking. Otherwise rooms are clean and comfy. Not luxary but nice. Great lanai's that are huge and awesome views and sound of ocean. If you happen to be located seminear delivery area, you will hear them startingabout 630AM Hawaiin time. If you are mainlander it isn't that bad because you're used
