Disliked: Room comfort

Total Rip-off

The property was totally misrepresented. I’m sick of properties not disclosing critical information like 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. No elevator! Very poor amenities in the condo; in fact, non existent. Overall, it was the worst experience yet. Never will book through Hotels.com again and certainly not Exceptional Stays!
