Would be perfect if they had more AC units
Walking into that place is a dream! The concierge was great and communicative.
The pool is obviously the highlight, and with smaller kids it was great to have multiple depths that the pool offered!
The kitchen space was a great size for having dinners in and being all together. It was also nice to be able to see the older kids in the pool while cooking or doing other things in that room but knowing they were safe without actually having to be outside was awesome!
However, the temperature of the home was unbearable. We tried everything and followed the directions closely to not overwork the A/C units but there are just too few in the main spaces to keep it cool. They need to add at least 2 more. We had the maintenance people come out and clean the filters and it helped a little but not enough. We thought the house was awesome and would totally stay again, but not if they don’t add more A/C units.
Unfortunately, it’s a total greenhouse effect in there! We had to go swimming just to cool off from being in the house, even in the evenings!! My 2 year old was constantly uncomfortable and I couldn’t make her comfortable. I would not recommend bringing a baby to stay in this house for safety concerns.
Lastly, the power went out frequently during the night, and in one of the rooms (the 2 year old’s), when it would come back on, the ceiling light would also turn on! This woke up everyone in the house!
Overall, it was a great stay but needs some updates for better comfort.
