The Space:

This is an elegant, ocean-view vacation rental offering two adjacent homes. Both elegantly yet minimalistic decorated, with an open space concept for kitchen, dining and living.



On the second floor there is a house that boasts a master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity for your convenience, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably in upgraded mattresses, and linens.



The second home, connected through outdoor stairs to the third floor, features three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and comes complete with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, as it offers a bunk bed. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and shares a beautifully appointed bathroom with the second bedroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Both properties are elegantly decorated and feature fully stocked kitchens, with wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The living area leads to balconies with amazing views, ideal to relax to the sound of the ocean's waves in the distance.



With two separate houses at your disposal, you have the freedom to accommodate different preferences and schedules while still enjoying close proximity to one another. Whether it's extended family members, couples traveling together, or friends seeking shared experiences, this arrangement allows everyone to enjoy their own space while being just steps away from each other.



Each house provides its own set of amenities and living spaces, ensuring that everyone can relax and unwind in comfort. From cozy bedrooms to spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens, each residence offers a welcoming retreat where guests can recharge and create lasting memories.



For extra convenience, both include laundry rooms, A/C, ceiling fans. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided, and high-speed internet, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible.



We also provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.

About the Area



Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
