Everything was great except that housekeeping started trying to enter the room at 8am on the day of checkout. They tried to come in 6 times after we told them we weren’t ready to leave yet. Checkout wasn’t until 11:00 so this was absolutely ridiculous.

Nice pool and relaxing.

Great pool, huge property...room and bathroom laid out kinda weird, but completely ok with it. A little confusing to walk around with all the levels but overall was fun. Pool was great and pool side service and eats was great. I think you come here for the pool and chill time.

Overall the property is nice. Our room was clean and the food was good. Nothing about our stay was exceptional, but it was good. My wife and I stepped off the sidewalks quite a bit on to the grass to make way for the porters to get by on their golf carts, most of the time empty of passengers. I found it odd that there was no motivation for any of them to offer rides along the paths in the 110 degree heat. Don’t get me wrong, they were there to transport guests as long as the guests arranged the transport and met the porters at the proper locations. Watching empty carts traveling the paths and guests stepping off to make way for them is unique to this property. The pools were nice, but aging. They are completely renovating the main pool which was both disappointing and nice to see. I would have liked to enjoy the pool, but based on the condition of the other pools it is necessary. I’m sure it will be beautiful when the renovation is complete.

A wonderful property for a stay-cation! Never have to leave the property (unless you choose to). Family and adult only pools. Staff is very accommodating! Spa is also worthy!
