The very best thing about the Crowne Plaza London - Kingston by IHG is Breakfast! Outstanding! Honestly, the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in 60 years of Travel! The staff is very eager to please. Management wasn't. One negative: No working heat in our room for the entire 5 day stay. This was rectified by a powerful but noisy space heater.

The room was good but very hot, air conditioning wasn’t working. The restaurant was Indian and unfortunately neither my daughter or myself can have any spices. Unfortunately they didn’t have any food that didn’t have spices or other options on the room service menu

Will be writing a separate email regarding the room. At checkout was not asked if everything was ok with the room or if we had enjoyed our stay. There is construction going on the first room I got was covered in dust. Even the hairdryer and kettle was covered with dust. Windows blacked out and could not open. I could not breathe. There was a cloud of dust. Second room they changed us to on next day was tiny. There was no space to put a 26” suitcase

Hotel is a little run down. The one of the lifts has been out of order for a least two months. The door to our room did not close automatically and so the maid manged to leave it open all day while we out. Lights were broken and the plug in the basin did not work.

Worst crowne plaza I have stayed in . Room was basic , food microwaved Shower had no screen or ever did so water goes on floor. Car park cameras smashed Poor service at bar then charge for it .
