Great location, could be a good hotel, but it is so run down it's terrible. Badly in need of gutted renovations, bathroom tiles have been painted over many years ago and now peeling off making shower feel dirty, dead bugs in bathroom windows, doors don't lock properly, pool area is ok. Overall it's needs significant renovation.

Unfriendly staff, arrived around 10:30. A woman who looked suspicious was hanging around the building. The room was clean for sure, but the bed, you can feel the springs. I don't have high expectations for affordable accommodation, but this place disappointed me! Please do not book it!

Horrible bathroom. Hairs and bits of toilet paper on floor and in bath, no toilet paper holder at all, small pokey balcony and ac smelt very bad. We refused to stay here, and received a full refund. I think they are used to doing this. They are renovating, maybe should consider closing while doing so!

there was drug deals happening outside of the rooms, rowdy people staying there, the rooms weren’t clean properly the bed was uncomfortable and i wouldn’t let my dog stay there

There was piles of rotten rubbish right next to the exit door at the car park. The outside photos on the website are old- the outside is not maintained at all. Our room had dead silverfish in the bath and dead bugs on the floor. The bed was broken and dipped down on the top right hand side. The door chain was missing- which made us feel very unsafe with the domestic violence that carried on until 3am in the morning. There was no tea or coffee in the rooms or spare blankets. Very over priced for the state of the place and its surroundings. I wish I could rate this higher as the staff were lovely on check in.

The hotel is in a great location but is extremely run down. The TV didn’t pick up any channels. The receptionist delivered an aerial for us to instal ourselves! The cable tv did not work at all. The aircon leaked a stream of water & flooded the floor. The piping wasn’t connected. Reported this at 3pm & took until 9:30pm to be fixed several times. The reception ended up giving us the maintenance mobile number to deal with directly as she didn’t want to know about it. The maintenance guy was very nice but it was an inconvenience at that time of night to have someone in our room! No apology from reception offered at all. The room is very run down, holes in doors, needs painting and way too expensive for what it offered at over $300 per night! Overall very disappointed.

We didn’t use the pool. The reception staff was a bit rude and didn’t help with finding my room. We got to the room and no towels for the shower. The reception was closed at 5 on a Saturday, so we couldn’t ask them questions or get towels
