It is next to beach. Although our room does not have the direct ocean view, it is quite away from busy streets but yet convenient to food and beach.

Absolutely loved this place! Did a spontaneous stop over on our way home from Sydney and what a beautiful surprise. Check-in was easy, low-key place but stunning inside and what a spot. Our room on the first floor looked like we had the entire ocean to ourselves. Beautiful big spa bath with louvered windows. Restaurant downstairs was closed because it was Sunday night but the menu looked amazing. Away from the busy part of the Entrance but still walking distance. A bus stop just up behind the hotel. Walking to the beach takes one minute! In the morning I got up and walked down to the ocean for a swim which was only a couple of minutes walk. Beaches and ocean baths were wonderful, room style and cleanliness was excellent. Large private veranda was great. Shannon at check-in was lovely to deal with and David in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, extra blankets and delightful to go to sleep and wake up to waves outside. We will definitely come back and hopefully have dinner at that lovely restaurant! Only faults - doors closing in other rooms woke us a few times and a young lady at the restaurant was not so friendly - she'd obviously had a long day. But overall I highly recommend this place and look forward to another visit.

Great boutique hotel in a perfect ocean front location with stunning views. Only negative is no breakfast onsite and parking spaces are not numbered per room. Was a struggle leaving for breakie or dinner and finding parking.

False and misleading advertising! Room had been modified! It had a key reason for us booking this room( an open view from the internal spa bath all the way to the ocean) glassed off with frosted glass that you could not see through. Upon questioning the glass, was told ours was the only one glassed off due to water leakage. Was told they had no more rooms with spa available, and I had the option to cancel the booking with a full refund of $240 and find another Hotel. Was offered $30 discount at check out .I refused offer and walked away.
