The staff was great, but the room was disappointing. The towels and washcloths were dingy, and we had to keep asking for replacements. Each time, we were only given two sets, and we had to bring the old ones back ourselves—something housekeeping usually handles. The bathroom had so much condensation that water was dripping from the ceiling. There was only about half a roll of toilet paper, and I didn’t want to ask for more because it seemed like we’d have to bring the empty roll as proof. Breakfast also had little to no options. They had jelly, but no bread. Overall, the stay was okay, but the room conditions and breakfast definitely need improvement. The staff, however, was amazing.

The motel was far below the rating of 7 that it was given. Shortly after getting into our room, we noticed that we could hear everything from the room next door. Since the hotel was far from full, we went to the front desk and asked for a room that was not next to anyone else. Immediately when we walked into the new room, it had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We decided to make the best of it because we didn't want to change rooms again and it was better than the noise next door. Then I noticed that there was no hair dryer and there was actually a big hole in the wall where it should have been. I tried to call the front desk on the phone in the room, but it did not work. I went to the front desk and she did give me a hair dryer. I told her about the cigarette smoke and she looked at me funny and commented that "this is a non smoking hotel". Well... not in that room. The worse part of the stay was when my husband got up in the morning and turned on the light in the bathroom, bugs went scurrying. Not sure what they were and don't want to know. The room also listed that it had a coffee maker and it did not. The complimentary breakfast was very lacking, didn't even have any juice. When I checked out I told them about the phone not working and they said they just put in a new system and it should. Well... not in that room. Lots of marks on the walls and ceiling. Could see daylight between the outside door and frame. Only good thing was it had a nice bed.

RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE! Check on line was fine. The room is a dump: nasty stains on furniture.broken chair, wobbly shower chair that barely fit the bathtub (specifically requested an ada room but was shocked by the tub, threadbare towels with only two small towels, warm refrigerator, no coffee machine , hair in shower and even on door, two shower heads spitting water but not enough for easy rinsing (mostly in my face and over head), toothpaste on faucet, not even any juice or yogurt at breakfast. Thank you, GOD, for Lysol.

We checked in at 11-1130pm after a long day of driving and went into the room, first the light switch didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work and found multiple dead roaches around the floor and in the garbage. Front desk was understanding and asked if we wanted to switch rooms, at this point I just wanted a refund.

Room was disgusting. There was a smoke detector beeping all night in the room next door. There was no water in the room. The bathroom was super gross. Baseboards were peeling off the wall. The handle in the bathroom sink was impossible to turn. It was basically stuck closed. The breakfast food was terrible. I will not be returning to that place.
