Family friendly country cottage 3 min to I75 -3 bedroom 1 bath central ac & heat

Family friendly country escape! Only 3 miles from I75 and 7 miles from Hwy 82. Minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and the welcoming town of Tifton. The cottage is 1200 sq feet with 10' ceilings with central air conditioning and heat.
The cottage has 3 queen size bedrooms. The bedrooms have a dresser with mirror, chest, nightstands, chairs, lamps and closets. The large open concept living area has an electric fire place and a pull out sofa. There are several club chairs and an easy chair. Plus a dining table for 6.
The kitchen is supplied with Paula Dean pots and pans. There is a full size fridge, stove and microwave. There is a toaster, Keurig, George Forman grill, a blender and assorted cooking sheets, mixing bowls & casserole dishes. Dinnerware and silverware are supplied, too. There are plenty of pods for the Keurig and we include coffee mate creamer, sugar and artificial sweeteners at the coffee station.
In addition to the 2 queen size bedrooms, there are 2 queen size air mattresses, a twin floor mattress, a pack n play bed, a pull out sofa bed and plenty of bedding, pillows and blankets.
For babies/toddlers, in addition to the pack n play, there is a a snap together play area that can be used indoors or outdoors. And, there is a baby booster with tray that can be fastened to a dining chair. A toddler cup, plate and utensils are supplied.
There is a screen porch and a front porch for enjoying the great outdoors. In addition, there is a large grilling area in the backyard with a gas fire pit, seating and a swing. The cottage is located on an acre of land.
Guests are welcome to their very own home away from home including Wi-Fi tv and a full kitchen. Convenient keyless self check in!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

This cute cottage is the perfect stop for us on our way home from vacation! It had everything we needed, including a crib which was a huge plus so we didn’t have to drag out the pack and play. Large cotton field in the back behind the pond which was super cute. Can’t even get a hotel for this price! Will be back again for our next road trip!

Quick 2 night stay for college orientation

Absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage! The location was quiet and peaceful. The coffee and snacks were a big plus since we had to be at the college orientation early and did not have a chance to stop elsewhere for these items. The place was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our teenage girls wished they had a place like this to stay at instead of having to live on the college campus. We played the vintage board games both nights and walked to the pond. We can't wait to return when we have to move our 2 girls in to the college in a few weeks.

Family vacation

The home was quiet and comfortable. While only there for a short time we had everything we needed. It was too hot to cook outside so we used a foreman grill indoors. Loraine is very attentive to messages and responds very quickly. Highly recommend!!

This place was perfect for our stop on our way to Florida. It had everything you could think of from little things like extra bedding, board games for kids to play to gas fire pit outside and extra sitting space outside in a screened in porch. I would definitely recommend to stop and stay here it was so clean and we didnt need anything because this place had it all. If I ever pass through here again i will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10 thanks so much for helping make my trip less stressful

Stopped overnight with friends on way to Port Canaveral. Cottage is very spacious and cozy. Bedrooms were very nice and larger than expected. Definitely would stay again.
