Family friendly country cottage 3 min to I75 -3 bedroom 1 bath central ac & heat

Family friendly country escape! Only 3 miles from I75 and 7 miles from Hwy 82. Minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and the welcoming town of Tifton. The cottage is 1200 sq feet with 10' ceilings with central air conditioning and heat.
The cottage has 3 queen size bedrooms. The bedrooms have a dresser with mirror, chest, nightstands, chairs, lamps and closets. The large open concept living area has an electric fire place and a pull out sofa. There are several club chairs and an easy chair. Plus a dining table for 6.
The kitchen is supplied with Paula Dean pots and pans. There is a full size fridge, stove and microwave. There is a toaster, Keurig, George Forman grill, a blender and assorted cooking sheets, mixing bowls & casserole dishes. Dinnerware and silverware are supplied, too. There are plenty of pods for the Keurig and we include coffee mate creamer, sugar and artificial sweeteners at the coffee station.
In addition to the 2 queen size bedrooms, there are 2 queen size air mattresses, a twin floor mattress, a pack n play bed, a pull out sofa bed and plenty of bedding, pillows and blankets.
For babies/toddlers, in addition to the pack n play, there is a a snap together play area that can be used indoors or outdoors. And, there is a baby booster with tray that can be fastened to a dining chair. A toddler cup, plate and utensils are supplied.
There is a screen porch and a front porch for enjoying the great outdoors. In addition, there is a large grilling area in the backyard with a gas fire pit, seating and a swing. The cottage is located on an acre of land.
Guests are welcome to their very own home away from home including Wi-Fi tv and a full kitchen. Convenient keyless self check in!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Great place

Lovely weekend in Tifton, Georgia

We have stayed at this property twice now and it our new go to place to stay when visiting Tifton, Georgia. The house is lovely, beautifully furnished and great location. We had dinner downtown Tifton and they had live music for first Friday of the month downtown. There are also awesome shops downtown to see! And even antique stores! Visiting with family was also great. The property is beautiful and the pond is absolutely stunning. We can’t wait to come back for a relaxing weekend!

Quick getting away from town

Perfect place for our short stay!

We opted to rent this home for one night instead of paying double the price for a hotel stay. It was the perfect spot to stop at after 16 hours on the road! Very nice setup, not too far away from any stores or restaurants. Definitely would stay again if we're in the area.

cotton cottage was the best!

Our family stayed one night in the cozy Cotton Cottage while we visited our daughter at ABAC college. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! There were nice hospitality treats like bottle water and coffee kcups for us. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was spacious. We will definitely stay again at the Cotton Cottage if visiting Tifton in the future!

We stay overnight while traveling with 2 little boys on our way to N Georgia. House was very clean , spacious an decorated so nice . It was cold when we were traveling up an I told the host it would late when we got there so they even left the porch light on for us an had the fireplace on which was a beautiful surprise. .

Family Christmas gathering!

Our stay was lovely. The home was exactly as advertised and the owner could not have been more kind and gracious. Our grand boys enjoyed having a place to play outside and went on an “adventure walk” to the pond. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the bedrooms. Crib, play pen, games and puzzles. Cant say enough good things about it!

It is a very cute homey house. We were in Tifton for a wedding and it was so nice to be able to have family in one place. It was decorated very cute. The beds wwre really comfy. The house was very neat and tidy.

Great place💯 Great stay💯

This was a wonderful place to stay. All the small details were taken care of in the house. They had water and snacks readily available. Absolutely Loved the pond. Only thing that can be improved is the comfort of the sitting area. The house had 1 bathroom and 1 TV, but that didn’t slow us down any. We give this property a high 9/10 and will definitely recommend booking. Thanks and hope to book again sooner than later.

Quiet Country Cottage

My stay was excellent. The home was well appointed and had all the little things you normally forget to bring. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal and even had condiments. The home was very modern and decorated in a country home fashion. It is very private and has a secluded screened back porch. I will definitely return o this home in the future.

Short overnight stay in Tifton

Five adults traveling and needed an overnight stay. This place fit the bill perfectly. In the “country” but 2 minutes from town with everything we needed and close to the highway. Three nice bedrooms and a very comfy living area. Highly recommended.
