Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel. The location depends on what you are looking for. It is quieter and more private than staying near the town center, which can be a plus. However, walking to the center takes time and often requires taxis, which adds extra cost. There are still some nearby restaurant options within walking distance. One of the strongest highlights is the hotel’s infrastructure and design. The property is beautiful and well maintained overall. Cleanliness was very good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the beachfront restaurant at the beach club—great food and reasonable prices in a very nice setting. The room was comfortable, although slightly below expectations for the hotel’s category. Some small details could improve the experience, such as better placement of towel holders, more seating, and a central light switch system. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with only minor areas for improvement. We would recommend it, especially for travelers looking for a quieter beachfront experience in Holbox.

We had a great stay at this Hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Definitely a place I would stay at again and recommend to others!

L’emplacement de l’hébergement pour profiter de la plage est excellent. Il est aussi à courte distance de marche de restaurant et cafe du village. L’endroit aurait besoin d’un peu de rénovations et d’entretiens mais le personnel est super gentil, l’endroit est calme et relaxant. Nous avons adoré nos vacances et c’est aussi un excellent endroit pour ceux et celles qui pratiquent les sports de voile.

Nice room with private pool. Sadly there was minimal customer service from the bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast very disappointing as this was only a chopped apple, pear and banana with a pice of toast. We were also told this would run until 10 30am, but when we went up at 10am it was finished. They then put together that plate after we spoke to reception. While we were eating this, the staff then came out to have their food which was a cooked egg dish and avocado with tortillas which looked a lot nicer than what we were served. Commonly the bar was unattended so difficult to get drinks as well
