I love the location. Near subway and train lines. Hotel area is very quiet but is a 5-min walk from Ueno if you want to shop or eat. The family room was perfect for my family of 4. We have enough space. It is also very convenient that the private toilet is separate from the shower area. The staff were always helpful and kind. We would likely stay here again when we come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 8-night visit to Tokyo. The location couldn’t be more convenient — Naka-Okachimachi Station is literally right in front of the hotel, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. There’s also a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, and plenty of great food spots within a 3–5 minute walk. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to what we’re used to in the U.S., but the cleanliness and thoughtful layout more than make up for it. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also opted for the daily breakfast and were happy with the variety and quality—it was a convenient way to start each day. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo.
