Rooms are clean and nice and the hotel is very nice. The wifi is a little suspect at times. The rooms are small and I'm glad that our family of four decided to get two rooms. Hotel is a great location near Shinjuku and 15 minutes from Tokyo Station. Very close to a subway line too.

Enjoyed the breakfast, however the bed was extremely hard and pushed against the wall due to small room size making it hard for 2nd person to enter and exit. Location was decent, couple minutes from metro station.

Worse hotel I stayed in Japan, and I have been to a few including Tokyo. Very bad breakfast. The worse I had. Very bad service. if you need anything you go to the lobby. Coffee and tea are off the poorest quality. No room service. Just do yourself and void my mistake.

It's a relatively budget friendly hotel for a good safe stay. Definitely worth getting the breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall, great stay!

Conveniently located next to the Yotsuya-Sanchome station. They offer a breakfast buffet and dinner within the hotel. The food there is good. Everything is cleaned in a ecological way.

The staff were excellent and helpful but other than tjatWe booked for 3 adults 1 child. Booking had issue so we came 2 adults 1 child. Hotel didn't bother to discount or anything. If we had shown up with 4 adults they would've charged us. Room was not as clean there were left pver rubbish, hair, stain marks. Left over items in toilet. Overall hotel is ok we wouldve given a 4. But the situation they and expedia wouldnt help deserves 3.

Room cleaning every 3 days worked for me as my towels were replaced every day. The included breakfast included many Japanese and western choices, although they should include another on-demand coffee-maker as there were frequently long queus for the coffee-maker. The alcoholic beverage dispenser on every floor is a plus too. At check in or room selection we should be asked if we want a Japanese or western style room.

Room was spacious. Good city view. Very close to metro, convenient to go to Shinjuku. Cleanliness was ok but furnitures needs better cleaning. Shower curtain was ridiculously short, floor got very wet after showering. Staff could not speak English at all, bit surprisingly for such a more expensive hotel. For the whole trip, all other hotel staff could communicate very well in English. While you feel the English level of Japanese was much improved in general, even traditional Japanese restaurants staff can speak very well English, the staff of the most expensive hotel for our trip cannot even utter an English word.
