Spacious room for a decent price. The staff at the front desk is really helpful and friendly. We already stayed twice in that hotel and we will definitely come back.

Awesome Staff, Superb Location, and clean hotel!

Amazing staff and clean hotel! I wish I remembered the woman's name who checked us in, but she was super friendly and explained the details of the hotel thoroughly. It is also a dog friendly hotel, so you'll see a bunch of cute dogs in the lobby. They also sell bottled water at the front desk for only 50 yen :) We arrived a little early before check-in time, they stored our luggage. When we came back to check-in they had already brought all of our luggage to our room. There are also two washers and dryers on the main floor which was very useful for us. Great location, literally like a 2 minute walk to Asakusabashi station for the chuo line (yellow line). Then about a 5 minute walk to the other lines. There are a bunch of restaurants and a few coffee shops nearby, plus a 7 eleven across the street and a grocery store next door. It is a bit quiet at night with many places closing relatively early, but just one train stop away from Akihabara and short train ride to Asakusa. It is a bit far from more touristy areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Would still stay again though, great price, clean hotel, and awesome staff!

- excellent service, they were super helpful and spoke English really well which was helpful because I’m horrible at Japanese - Room was nice, small but well laid out - Beds were nice and pillows - Tea and soup downstairs were great - 7/11 right outside and lots of food options around - Next to subway stations - This was probably my favourite hotel on my japan trip (stayed in 6)

This hotel is pet friendly and we do see a lot of owners with their pets in the cafe area, however, everything is so clean and we cannot smell anything unpleasant. I stayed in a room with double twin bed and it is spacious enough to open 4 suitcases. 2 min walk to JR station. There is a supermarket (sells meat and groceries) that opens until midnight right next to the hotel, also a few 7-11 & family mart close by. Lots of local eateries on the side streets. Staff are super helpful when we had a problem sending suitcase to the airport but end up missing the pick up. Also not far from Akihibara and Asakusa.

We liked the hotel's location because it is very close to Asakusabashi station, through which a train runs directly to both Haneda and Narita airports. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the area is quiet and safe to walk around. The range of restaurants in the immediate area is overall quite good but not outstanding, though we found an excellent seafood restaurant about 12 minutes' walk from the hotel. The room is comfortable and quiet, but like nearly all hotel rooms in Tokyo, is rather small.
