Rooms are well appointed given the smaller size (western perspective). Absolutely great staff. Did not partake of the in house food options as the 7/11 is across the street. Location is really good for transit. Good value for money. Only heads up is their one bed options are really for one person - not a couple to share - smallest room. They were able to accommodate a room move for us after one night to a twin room which was much better space for two. Not a criticism, just for information for couples travelling - one bed not the option you want.

The check in process was easy and simple. The staff definitely came across as helpful and kind. They didn’t hesitate to answer questions and provide assistance for any issue. The room was immaculate and fresh! Loved the ambience and convenience of the location.

This was my first trip to Japan and I want to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. The hotel was located next to a station. There is also a super market and 7/11 within walking distance. Overall I had a pleasant experience with this hotel and the staff was helpful, and friendly. Thank you all for making my trip to Japan an amazing one. If I’m going to be in the area I’ll be staying here again!!!!
