This property is conveniently located near a train station that helps us get around Shinjuku and areas much faster. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are smaller but this is usually the case in places like Tokyo.

We only stayed for the final night of a two week trio backpacking. The hotel is well located and staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent (mix of continental and Japanese). Only hiccup was that we noticed a used slipper under the bed. Overall it met our expectations.

Excellent solo stay hotel

An excellently located hotel suited for somebody who doesnt plan to spend much time in their room. Easy to access, friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very firm and difficult to stay asleep in.

10-15 min walk to Shinjuku. Multiple train entrances. Convenience stores every where. Friendly staff. The complaints about the dryers not being the best are technically accurate, but it’s cheap so it’s not a big deal at all. Staff was helpful even though I know basically zero Japanese. Held our bags after check-in since we had some time before our flight. 100% would stay again. Fair price and great location.
