Our room was very clean. The toilet and shower were top notch. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't care for was having to buy a small (not so great) cup of coffee for 900 yen.

Breakfast not included. Room size was wonderful as were the facilities. It was in a quaint and quiet area of Tokyo. A nice reprieve to the chaotic parts of Tokyo. Walking distance to several train stations. It was nice starting out our Tokyo adventure in a more tame area.

Great location close to ueno station. Beds were hard as a rock and the breakfast was extremely overpriced for what it was. Would recommend visiting a more traditional hotel in the area for the same price.

Very close to Ueno line, which gets you everywhere, and the neighborhood had 7/11, Lawson and grocery store within a block. The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker.

Clean room, a few blocks from the Ueno metro station, train station, and Keisei Skyliner. In a quieter area but with fewer restaurants immediately around the hotel, plenty within a little longer walk, though. Family-friendly and worked well for my husband and I.
