Nice having laundry facility

Having a laundry facility on several floors is extremely convenient, but wish there were machines on all floors because the machines take 2hrs each load.

Needs and upgrade

Sunroute hotel is dated. Rooms need an upgrade, uncomfortable pillows, some rooms had an odour. However, their deep bathtubs allowed us to soak our fatigue away. Generous amenities, functional room space. Hotel location very convenient to transport, shops, and restaurants. (We had 3 rooms)

We stayed here with a group tour & on the last 4 nights we were on our own here & downgraded our room as it was double the amount for a smaller room. The smaller room was quite cramped as the bed was up against the wall.

Great place as it is on route with the Narita airport limousine bus service so made it easy to get to. Hotel has a great location as we walked to everything in Shinjuku. Close to the train station and family mart across the street. They had a great area of toiletries and coffee/teas you could help yourself to if you so wish. Was a great hotel would totally stay here again!

The hotel is right by the Shinjuku station. Very walkable to Uniqlo and other establishments. Parking is also easy and reserved. Would definitely book here again.
