There were labels in English throughout the room from operating the air con to informing guests that the luggage can be stored under the bed! Lots of amenities to choose from. If one arrives early at Haneda airport, the airport limousine bus doesn’t drop off passengers at the hotel. The closest stop is near the Keio Department Store.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. As i said before its a great hotel within walkable distance of most places of shinjuku and meji shrine. They kept our luggages free of charge when we went osaka/kyoto. Really nice staff and friendly Will stay here again

A Good Hotel Near a Train Station

It's good and clean but do not book an Economy Double Room since it's too small for couple with suitcases. The bed is against the wall, and you cannot move around. We requested to move to a queen bedroom but not available, so we moved to a twin bedroom on the 3rd day and it's a bigger room. Here in the USA, the bed is always in the middle of the room, so you are free to move around. The Economy Double Room at Hotel Sunroute is only good for a solo traveler. Otherwise, everything is good. Friendly Receptionists.

This place is in a great location! The free pajamas are great. The only small complaint I have that gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rooms are small. Cruise ship small. This might be large for Tokyo atandards.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Love the location and the room. It is close to the JR Shinjuku Station. A lot of places to eat and shopping nearby. The reception staff was kind and extremely helpful. The rooms were quiet, nice, clean, and had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

No fuss - superb!

I love the location. It's very near the train station, and getting there from the airport using the limousine bus is convenient. Checking in and out is a breeze. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Would be nice if there is a gym. There are washers and dryers at every few floors.

Very close to bus station

I booked this hotel as it is very near the bus station at Shinjuku. It is an older hotel and the room is a bit more expensive than what it is worth. Suggest you find other alternatives unless you really need a hotel near the bus station.
