Room was spacious because we got upgraded. Location was very convenient. Staffs were polite and friendly. Very convenient to book airport limousine bus to airport because it stopped at front of the hotel. Definitely will book this hotel for next visit.

The rooms were clean and I really appreciated all the amenities that were accessible right near the elevator. Most times when I got back at night a lot of it was out but I learned to grab in the morning before heading out.

Great location, very comvenient. Not much of a service - we couldnt check in earlier despite willing to pay. Staff did not accede to our request to help us put our luggage in our rooms when the rooms were ready. Cleaning staff did not do a thorough job, leaving tissue and uncleared rubbish around.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. I would stay in the hotel again, but the rooms are a bit small. The staff was great. They were very helpful. I would give this hotel a eight out of 10.

Good location, Clean rooms, standard size for Japan, good amenities, AC works well, shower water temp and pressure good, efficient check in and out, airport limo bus stops right in front! - - laundry gets busy and takes long to dry FYI and you can check available machines and the status of your laundry on the tv.

If this is your first time going to Japan, you should stay at this hotel. You can ride the Airport Limousine Bus from the airport (HND or NRT) to the hotel entrance. On top of that, there's also a Family Mart, McDonald's, and multiple restaurants along the street. There's also a train station entrance just right outside the hotel to get to your planned spots. If you are planning to do one of the Klook tourist tours, the meet-up spot is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next Japan trip.

This has to be basically considered a five star hotel you get there they greet you with open arms any thing that you might’ve forgotten they have for you and I mean anything face mask, toothbrush, lotion, Q-tips, body towel I mean anything they have it. They have slippers for you in the room, this hands-down has to be almost considered a far star hotel. The wounds are very small. Keep that in mind but wow, we would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. It is perfectly centralized right next to the subway everything is within walking distance, and there are malls and food everywhere within minutes of you amazing.
