The room is small, but it’s clean. It’s close to Kanda Station, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff is nice, but I was frustrated when we borrowed a small pair of scissors to cut the zip lock on our luggage. The staff member didn’t allow us to use the scissors in the room and said we had to bring our large luggage down to the lobby to cut it there.

Our stay at the Tosei Hotel Cocone Kanda was great. It was located a short walk from Kanda station (access to the Chuo, Ginza, Yamanote, and Keihin-Toholu Lines) or a nice 15-20 min walk to Akihabara or Tokyo station. The staff were friendly and helped us store and send luggage to our next destination. The rooms were small, but well kept and they gave fresh towels everyday even if you don't request housekeeping which was very nice. They had free coffee (hot and iced!) in the lobby as well as manga you can read. Umbrellas were available to borrow if it rained. Would recommend staying here if you want an affordable option close to Tokyo station/Ginza/Akihabara, but do not want to be in the busy center of it all.

We just needed a place to sleep for one night after landing in Tokyo, and this hotel's location was perfect—super close to Tokyo Station. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The main thing to know is that the rooms are small. We had two large bags and it was a real squeeze, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But the beds were comfy! If you can get by with less space, the central location is a huge plus.
