Great hotel! But if you pack heavy this may not be the hotel for you! Otherwise great location, near park, Family Mart, Starbucks trains, etc! We stayed for 7 nights with the only “issue” was room size but we knew the rooms would be small just weren’t mentally prepared for it. Definitely recommend staying here!

The room was directly across from the elevator and the workers we extremely loud at 7 am. The food was decent but very pricey and definitely did not live up to the price they charged. There were some easy transitions like having our luggage transferred but other things like the cleanliness was not that great. There was hair in the bathtub.

Amazing stay! The rooms are small but very comfortable. The area is situated in a very cute area with everything in walkable distance. The bakery and restaurant breakfast were delicious. I love the DJ options in the lounge area.

The room was great. Not sure how I feel about having PINs for the room doors instead of key cards. On one hand you can’t lose a key card but at the beginning trying to remember the pin and room number was a little tough. Both were printed on a piece of paper but I didn’t want to carry that around because if I lost it that was all my info. Once I had the pin to memory, it was great. Also every day they would give me new towels and robes but not take the old ones away. Location was quiet and near the areas we wanted.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Quite unusual to have to take a step up to go in the bathroom. To get to the hotel from Shinjuku Station, which is about 15 mins from the hotel, had to pass many homeless.

The location was very convenient and also in close proximity to Haneada airport. The restaurant on property was tops and provided just the perfect breakfast and coffee was excellent. The room was not very clean especially the AC vent and we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff.

It was not as pleasant as our other hotel stay. No air flow, unable to change the room temp which was set to high, failed to picknup trash bin two days in a row, poor laundry area, and inefficient elevators. The breakfast was mediocre, with the coffee being made poorly as to entice you to purchase their premium coffee.

Great hotel a little out of the main hustle but so easy to walk around. The Bakery downstairs is amazing some of the best breakfast items . Try the grilled cheese and croissants . Only issue there is a large step up to bathroom might not be suitable for people
