The staff were very helpful and kind. The area is a bit of a travellers destination but down hangman road there is everything you need. I was quite happy with our stay.

We stayed 5 days, they said on the 3rd day the room would be cleaned. It was never cleaned and serviced. We asked on day 4 to have it cleaned and they said they would, came back after being out for the day and it still wasn’t cleaned. Went to the front desk only to be asked why we waited so long to tell them it hadn’t been cleaned. Again we were out all day. The front desk lady just gave me sheets to change everything ourselves, but she told us they had no clean towels for us. The room could use updating and refreshed. Breakfast staff was nice and friendly. Housekeeping was nice when we passed them in the hall. But getting the room cleaned was impossible

had a fantastic stay!! Hotel is clean, comfortable, and lovely. King suite was PERFECT!! Pool was quiet and warm, perfect after a rainy day at the zoo. Staff is SO friendly!! We will 100% stay here again on our next trip.

The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. I paid direct compliments to the morning breakfast staff as the ran a very tight ship, nit one crumb out of place. I also got special assistance from a housekeeping staff member that delivered frsh from the dryer towels tomour family im the pool area.

Pleasant Experience

This was a nice visit for a couple days. Everything was clean. There was a bit of loud banging noise late at night on one of the nights but thankfully it didn't continue. All in all my husband and i enjoyed our stay.
