This location must have new management and they are not investing anything into the property. I used to come to this location frequently but now i would never return. The rooms now are very dirty and look unsanitary. The paint is chipping and the furniture and carpet had stains, like they havent been cleaned in sometime. Even the jetted jacuzzi looked horrible and i refused to take a chance in it. The hallways also looked uncleaned.

Room was dirty. Alcohol bottle top in drawers. Fridge was dirty. Shower had grim on the bottom of it. The floors around the bed and night stand was not vacuumed. The room had 2 tvs only one worked. My own fault for not reading reviews first but my thinking was Perrysburg is a nice area so this had to be a nice hotel. Would not stay again.

i really like this hotel's layout. It just needs to be maintained better and updated. a good makeover of the rooms and deep cleaning. Otherwise, it is such a beautiful and quiet hotel. I enjoyed my stay

The room was clean. The light over the sink did not work leaving the light over the tub the only illumination. Does not work for anyone taking out contact lenses or putting on makeup. The clearance between the bed and heat unit was approximately 6 inches making it almost impossible to access the bed on one side. Only one of the keycards worked. Access to WiFi required a phone call to tech support. We have stayed there before and noticed it had been upgraded which was a plus.

Tv in room didnt work, no hot tub in room.limited breakfast and coffee. After asking staff to fix tv no one ever come from maintance. Frontdesk said notes were on the reservation, but they were limited staff.That's why no one showed.

Loved the room, it was great. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. Many restaurants around the area. A huge amount of traffic in the area getting into the hotel.

Room grout needs repair. Very loose tile by the whirlpool. I wasnt aware the whirlpool room has a deposit either. Fire alarm went off about 4 in the morning and had to take a nap in the car. A day may or may not be refunded.

My stay was overall okay, but there were some significant issues. On the first night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m., and we couldn’t return to our rooms until almost 6 a.m. I understand that accidents can happen, but this was a major inconvenience. I had hoped for some kind of comp on our room for the disruption to our sleep, but they offered nothing. I believe the alarm was triggered either by a malfunction with the panel or someone burning food in the microwave. Even when we were finally allowed back into our rooms, we couldn’t get any rest because the alarm continued to blare loudly. Eventually, we had to go to our car to sleep. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was inadequate. While it wasn’t a huge issue, my daughters, who have long hair, were not happy about it when trying to rinse out their shampoo.
