Not clean, Fraudulent damage charges

Our 11pm check-in was pleasant and without issue, however, when we crawled into one of the beds at midnight, there was a large partially consumed water bottle between the pillows. After we checked out we noticed an additional charge on our credit card, greater than the room charge. Thinking we had been charged twice, I called the front desk and was informed it was a damage fee for a broken and missing lamp shade. At no time did we damage or remove a shade to expose a bare bulb as shown in a video later sent to us. We speculate the maid broke the shade and our room was charged so as not to take ownership of the accident. The initial desk clerk was kind and helpful, the second was belligerent and beyond unprofessional. The charge will be disputed. Be warned that fraudulent charges may be made to your card after you leave and you will have no way of showing proof that you are faultless.

The place was nice and clean, unfortunately the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was so very hard that it made sleeping difficult. This is why I have given it 3 stars.

I’ll stop here again. The lady who checked us in (very late) was amazing. We checked in at 11pm and can you believe she was still working with a smile when we left the next day at 830am. Free breakfast was good too. Loads of selection

Upon arrival the check in staff were very friendly, accomodaiting our needs as we have a 8 month child. Once checked in we went to our rooms where on the main lobby is the pool. Kids were seen running, screaming, walking around soaking wet. The staff had no way to control the kids and all the water made it a trip hazzard. There was excess water from kids walking around wet in the hallways and in the elevators. Furthermore at 10pm you could still hear kids running up and down the stairs and hallways. Finally we were told that between 10pm and 12pm the pool and hot tub was adults only and you needed a band to get in. Well no surprise there were still kids in the pool, no bands and simply put pool was disgusting.

Excellent for mobility challenged wheelchair hubby

The roll in shower was perfect for my handicapped husband, lots of towels and room was a good size for a man in a wheelchair. Will be using this hotel for my stays when in the area.
