It was my husband's 52nd bday and I wanted to treat him . Hotel zaza in museum district was top notch. The front desk lady Savannah was so sweet and accommodating. Very professional and helped us in many ways. The pool temperature was perfect. I applaud whoever takes care of the pool. The drinks and food by the pool were convenient and all the staff at the pool were friendly. Loved the spaciousness of the room. We are gonna come back for sure. Oh love the cookies from 3 to 6 pm. It is a very thoughtful hotel, free candy offered at the checkout desk,free coffee etc. Thank you!

One of my favorite stays! I took my husband for his birthday and it was such a romantic hotel. Everything was perfect! The property grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in a King Balcony room overlooking the pool and it felt like we were in a small beautiful Italy village on our balcony. The room was beautiful and we were greeted in our room to a complimentary bottle of wine and charcuterie board which was actually so delicious and the meats and cheeses that were used were high quality and the grapes were so good and sweet. You do have to pay for valet parking but it was worth all $60. I felt like a princess! I didn’t open a door or lift a bag. All of the valet staff were amazing, there were 4 valet staff attending us. The front desk were amazing and we spoke like we were friends! They were so helpful checking us in. The restaurant stays open late until midnight on weekdays and later on the weekends. And the best surprise is when we arrived at the hotel there is a beautiful structure called the Mencom Foundations and you have to see them at night. They are magical! We even drove through the neighborhoods to look at all of the beautiful homes. They were huge!!!!!! All in all I give it 10000/10! Will be visiting the other hotel ZaZa in hotter cities!

Nice hotel, Great staff, Won't correct my bill

This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. This always (and only) happens when I use hotels.com. It's too bad because I'll be back in Houston multiple times and will have to find another place to stay and another way to book.
