The bed was comfy, room was cozy, close to national park and restaurants. Hot tub area needs some attention. Chairs were worn and cushions moldy. No instructions on how to work hot tub. TV only has 13 channels. Otherwise perfect for 1 night.

The staff are amazing. Especially to the owner. He helped us immensely. We had a car issue and he helped us and made us feel welcome. The owner went over and above and beyond to accommodate us. It’s not out of pity. You can tell he's just one of those people you rarely come across who are willing to help. Has a kind caring personality. Big shout-out to the owner.

Fabulous location. Our Google Maps took us way out of the way. You can drive to the hotel in 2 minutes from the Harappa visitor center. The waterfall hike leaves from there parking lot. Great views from restaurant aas well as from backpackers eating area. Staff is super nice.

In hindsight I'd have loved to have stayed here longer great accommodation lovely space would happily have spent a week here. As it was I was just passing through the area so really didn't get to make the most of the facilities while I was in Turangi. Only negative was the WiFi which dropped out quite a lot.
