I accidentally booked Courtyard by Marriott at a wrong location. I thought a booked on in Old Town Scottsdale with was a block or two from my business work, but my reservation was actually 30 miles away. I searched for hotels near me while at my business meeting in Old Town. I tried to transfer to (the more expensive Courtyard) but Courtyard, nor Hotels. Com would allow it. Piss poor customer service.

I initially booked a king bed room, I was given 2 queen beds, that was odd. The bathroom fan didn’t work, there was no ventilation and visible mold growth. I wouldn’t stay here again.
