I like how it was an apartment styled hotel. The place was really nice, they could upgrade their TV’s to smart TV’s though so add a fire stick so you’re able to watch Netflix or Amazon prime on them

Decent location, though it was a bit confusing to find at first, it's right next to King Street which has a lot of food and shopping locations. Going to a convenience store, LCBO, drugstore, dining was very accessible. The room was clean and well kept, though there were a couple things that showed age, like decor and appliances. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. The bedroom was a bit on the smaller side, with most of the space going to the living room area. TVs had the ability to cast YouTube to them, which was helpful for something to watch besides basic channels. There was also a washer a dryer for longer stays. No ice machine, have to call front desk for ice, but will be delivered at any time of day/night. The lobby looked very nice and clean, there was a bar that was closed for renovations, but it also looked really modern and well done. Hotel was quiet because there really isn't many rooms on a single floor. Being close to King St, there was a lot of city noise outside but it wasn't that hard to sleep. Staff at front desk that we spoke to was very friendly and courteous, though a couple times my boyfriend called the front to ask or ice or some questions and the woman on the phone was a bit short and not very polite with him. Overall, a really nice hotel, would stay again for a good price! (:

Really nicely located. A less than 10-minute walk from Union station and Scotiabank Arena (perfect if you’re taking the train and/or attending a concert/show/match). CN tower view very close as well. Many fast food chains around it for food options (Subway, Starbucks, Tim’s, Chipotle, shawarma, etc.) and a shoppers. The hotel’s exterior is a little off-putting as it is on a side street (construction and weather also adds to that) but the inside is very luxurious for how affordable this was. Check-in was super seamless, simple and efficient. We were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room itself was super clean and in perfect condition. There was complimentary water and chocolate which was a nice touch. Although only having one pair of slippers and bathrobes when there are two guests is something they should keep an eye for. Bathroom was properly spacious and stocked. Slight disappointment as the difference between our hotel room’s layout being different than what was shown in pictures. Overall, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the downtown area.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and will most likely stay here again , the only downfall this time was that the on-restaurant was closed which also meant no room service or breakfast on site, I feel that the price paid for the room should have reflected this drawback or at least have mentioned prior to booking that the restaurant was closed down.

Unfortunately the property was not what I was expecting at all. Every person that I dealt with except the nice lady I checked out with was rude. The lock on the door was broken, floor coming up outside the bathroom, shower did not drain and was filling with water so we just didn’t use it. They claimed there was a balcony, there was a sliding door to something you can’t even stand on. Thankfully my stay was short and definitely won’t be at this place again.
