Stayed here once before in 2020 had an amazing experience but notice this time they have not updated the property, very poor communication skills regarding room charges and amenities. I asked the employee if they stock the fridge because it was completely empty and he said they dont stock it anymore. During checkout I asked a different female who said it should be stocked. Appearantly they almost charged me for parking my car when I did not have one. Will not be staying here again.

Great hotel with a convenient and easily-walkable location. Takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to/from Union Station and Scortiabank arena. About 15 min walk to Real Sports. And, really close to the King St subway if you prefer to take TTC. Easy check in and a lovely little suite. Would recommend :)

Not as clean as I was expecting, there were stains on the bed when I arrived, I had to ask them to change the bedding. The door to my room was a bit broken, didn't feel the most safe. You hear everything happening in the hallway.

Convenient location - Tim Hortons just around the corner - Rogers Center only a 15min walk - lots of parking options via SpotHero nearby for reasonable prices - room was like a mini apartment - view of the city was beautiful! Would stay again!

2nd time staying here. Really enjoy this hotel and its close proximity to many different things. The staff here is always pleasant and super helpful. We were treated to a complimentary 45 minute visit to the jacuzzi in the spa which was really nice. I plan to be back again soon

Stayed for NYE. Area outside was very loud with sirens but probably because of festivities. No dining at the hotel-the restaurant was permanently closed but we weren’t made aware. Website showed it available. The suite was large and the kitchen had everything you need. Everything felt like it could use a refresh. It was clean enough but some spots were dusty. Staff were very friendly, check in and out was smooth. Front desk agent was able to recommend local restaurants. An ok stay.

My son and I stayed here overnight for a basketball game. The hotel was clean and trendy. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well setup and decorated and clean. Really nice hotel, No complaints. Would stay here again 🙂
