In general this was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. There were a few minor things about my stay that I was not very happy with. While the interior of the property was modern and well maintained, the parking lot and grounds could use more maintenance. Although I travelled with my family of four, our room only had three bath towels. Also, the walls seem relatively thin as I could hear conversation from another room through the walls/vents. Lastly, I found the security hold of $300 CAD placed on my debit card to be quite steep.

Check in for me was fine. I booked 2nd room for family and was told it was cancelled. Provided booking # and they found it. Think your damage deposit is too high, $150.00 would be better I had a handicapped room for some reason, but you should be aware there is no place to hang a towel beside the shower so have to cross to the vanity with chance of slipping. Easy fix

Overall pleasant stay the only thing that lacked was that the A/C was not working properly and not cooling the room effectively. It was extremely hot during my stay and it would have been nice to have a working A/C. Overall good hotel for the price and very conveniently located. Staff was very nice and plenty of parking available
