Air conditioner was loud, breakfast pretty poor with no coffee, bathroom had no fan and a large grate by the toilet, not enough pillows and they were pretty flat, and towels were really small. Also TV is based just on Roku, and buffered like every 2 minutes. It looks like they have just given up.

I booked a room with a king bed got queen size and the tv wasn't working. Had argue to get tv working and i was told that sorry you booked a room with a king size but none available even tho i booked over a week in advance

The TV did not work and took 45 minutes to fix. One light was burned out, one was dim and flickering, minimum towels and pillows, no coffee cups in room, and no ironing board. It was clean. Large room and comfotable mattress

No parking was available, noisy high traffic area the room was not clean, there was literally a makeup stain greasy face print on our door, looking out the peephole. The plumbing under the sink was exposed copper pipes and the toilet seat was very loose

Linens were old and needed a fabric shaver Only 2 towels in bathroom… no other ones… no bath matt no face cloths Small worn out pillows Loud noises form outside and couldnt turn ac off so room was freezing Tv was so dark you couldn’t see picture remote didn’t work Sitting chair was all stained and gross
