Great location! Good value! Only 10 minute walk to Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Eaton Centre Mall. Lots of historical buildings surrounding The Union Hotel, and it appears this hotel is in an historic building as well given the charming retrofit pipes and electrical.

Enjoyed my stay at property. Parking was expensive for what it was, couldn't get out of the parking garage. It wouldn't scan our ticket (ticket in perfect condition). Intercom for help was broken, spent time on the customer service (unanswered a few times) until the gate opened for us, after payment.

The hotel is located in an excellent location near Union Station which offers convenient access to VIA and the subway. The staff were excellent, and the place is kept in good condition. Shortcomings - kettle placed far from electrical outlet. I ended up putting it on the floor. Shower could use a step to rest foot down while drying as there is no bathtub edge. But that is an issue in most hotel these days.

Decent hotel close to alot of amenities, stayed here for a concert at rogers center and was excellent location. Rhe only issue i had while i was there for 3 days was one of the elevators was out service for 2 days so had some elevator wait times.room was clean andnbed was comfortable.

We stayed here while visiting for a concert at Meridian Hall. I appreciated the closeness of Union Station (3 minutes) and St. Lawrence market (16 minutes). The soaps and body lotion are divine! Comfy bed.
