Loved almost everything about this hotel, my only issue was with the bathroom toiletries. The scents were too harsh and strong. I know this is a personal gripe but thought I would note it in the event someone else has scent issues like myself. Other than that it's a great place to stay!

It was such a terrific little discovery right across from Union Station. Great location. Great beds, slept very well. Quiet for a downtown hotel. Would highly recommend it, for sure!

The room was smaller than expected but the staff are great. One downfall is kitchen/ bar area they close really early. We got back to the hotel at 9:30pm and wanted to have a drink together on a friday and she was closing it down.

Our stay this weekend was excellent!! The updated interior design is beautiful and seemingly of good quality! Staff throughout our stay went above and beyond! Beds were perfectly comfortable, not too hard but not too soft! Rooms are cozy in size for the room I booked but believe there are suite options of bigger size. Only thing noticed was that the floors in the room weren't properly swept but otherwise no issues whatsoever!! Would stay again for sure!!

Perfect location, clean & tidy, good price!

It went above my expectations. Perfect location! Super close to Union Station and pretty much everything in downtown. Clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. Thanks to the gentleman who helped me during check in process and the lady with the eyeglasses too. My credit card has a little problem nevertheless I used my debit card and it’s went through. Sorry, I didn’t catch their names but they were amazing. They were on duty on my arrival March 16, 2025 ant 3pm. Thank you and will come back again for sure.

Super convenient location next to Union Station and MTCC in downtown. Didn't try the breakfast/bar but it looked good. Friendly reception crew and staff. Only small niggle was a noisy aircon unit upstairs in the early hours one night. Not sure how this hotel goes under the radar (few reviews online) given the location/value, I guess because it has changed names / been renovated lately. Would recommend to others travelling to Toronto.
