Walking into this hotel was inviting, it felt like walking into someone's home. People were chatting in the coffee bar, others on the sofas, It was all very casual and inviting. The front desk staff were quick and friendly to check us in. We were not in our room long the first night as we were meeting friends for dinner and drinks. However in the morning when I went to shower I realized the entry to the shower was very restricted, less than a foot wide, this was due to a small wall jetting out and blocking the entrance. This may not be an issue for some but I have balance issues and getting in and out of the shower can be challenging some days. So I requested a room change and the staff had no issues with moving us. Our next two nights were fantastic. The whole area is bustling and there are lots of places to eat and drink. We walked up to Eaton Center, and walked to Rogers Center and the CN tower quite easily with no problems. It is also a very short walk down to the harbor with plenty of places to eat and relax. You can easily take the train from the airport to this hotel as its a very short walk from Union Station. We took Lyft both ways which was more economical for us and the only issue was of course traffic. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Had an amazing stay! Super convenient location right next to the train station (perfect after taking the train in from Montreal). Was able to walk to so many areas for sightseeing and exploring. The staff was really nice. The room was super comfy and the overall decor was cute.

Use the parking underground to the left of the hotel. Ask for a room facing York. Enjoy the awesome soap products you get in the room. You can walk everywhere from here.

I will start by saying that I’m likely outside of the target demographic for this hotel by a decade or more. This hotel seems to be aimed at serving a younger and more hip community than I am currently a part of at 40 years of age. However, the comfort, cleanliness, design, and water pressure at this property rival most of its four-star contemporaries. The bed was firm, the pillows were full, and every space was impeccably clean. There was a water bottle refill station on each floor so that no one (young or old) went into their day or night dehydrated. The vibe of the lobby was friendly, fun, and funky. I wish I had booked a stay for longer!
