Smallish, but nicely appointed room. Lobby lounge is a nice place to do a bit of work. Great location close to Union Station and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Room was a bit pricy, but likely due to TIFF at the time.

Newly renovated and very nicely done. Rooms are well-designed with comfy beds. the only annoyance was that the air con unit in my room was very loud, but I was lucky in that I didn't need it much as the overall temperature in the hotel is keep at a good level. Staff very friendly and helpful

Wonderfully convenient to Union Station. Very clean and comfortable room if on the small side but well designed. An incredibly comfortable bed and quiet room made for a great night's sleep. Entry to hotel under construction so no ramp there for luggage, a few steps necessary. Staff very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the PERFECT hotel stay for a show at Scotia Bank Arena. Literally a 5 minute walk to the arena. But more than that you could get on any form of public transit pretty much right out front, lots of shops and restaurants right near by, and many parking options (note, the hotel does not offer parking - but that's pretty standard in DT Toronto). The bed was so comfy, the room was perfectly clean and cozy, and the staff was more than helpful and nice! Also, the cafe and bar downstairs was STELLAR!!!

Lovely city hotel.

Hotel was lovely, the room had everything we needed in it, we wished we had booked this hotel for all of our trip to Toronto. The staff were briliant and managed to get us into our room earlier than expected.

Convenient but squishy

The "swanky queen" room is really more a "squishy queen". All the basic amenities are available, but the room felt like a 2 star hotel in terms of the size and set up. It's pretty noisy, between noises from the hallways and the outside. The staff were very friendly, which was a plus. The location is quite convenient, but I expected a nicer room given the price.

The staff as wonderful when we checked in late. It’s a great area if you want to go to a Blue Jays game or visit the CNN Tower.. It’s only a 8 min walk to the Rodger’s Centre .. and 3 min walk from Union Station if you are taking the train . The room was very clean and a nice greeting on the TV to welcome you to the hotel..
