You'll love this huge, spacious apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views out the large windows. The dining area host a low to the floor art table perfect for lounging. There are bar stools for those less comfortable on the floor.
The living room and dining area are big and bright with large, south-facing picture windows. The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.
The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.
The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.
Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service.
When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. There is ample free parking.

The house has 6 apartments in it. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. I live close by on the property. I have very limited interaction with guests to ensure your privacy and have a contactless check in and check out system. I am available via messaging/phone all the time and you can contact or message me with any questions or needs.
