MERCI DE ME REMBOURSER CETTE RESERVATION

Madame, Monsieur, je souhaite ĂȘtre contactĂ© au plus vite puisque cette rĂ©servation n'a pu aboutir. Une fois arrivĂ© Ă  l'Hotel, j'ai la dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise d'apprendre que l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet et que le site continuait de prendre des rĂ©servations. Il Ă©tait 20 heures!!! Tous les hĂŽtels de TOULOUSE Ă©taient complets. Je souhaite donc le remboursement de cette rĂ©servation! Merci

Le personnel est odieux je n’ai jamais vu ça. Comment hĂŽtel.com peut continuer de proposer cet Ă©tablissement. Au delĂ  de l’hĂŽtel en lui mĂȘme c’est bien les gĂ©rants le plus gros problĂšme Nous avons cru Ă  une camĂ©ra cachĂ©e tellement c’était gros

La photo du site est trĂšs loin de la rĂ©alitĂ©, beaucoup de bruit par la famille qui gĂšre l'hotel jusqu’à 1 h 40 du matin (pĂ©riode de RAMADAN) Propre, mais le strict minimum, pas poignĂ©e Ă  la fenĂȘtre, rideaux dĂ©chirĂ©s. Pour une nuit ok mais pas plus, pour un transit de transport.

Cet hĂŽtel est une ARNAQUE et ne devrait pas ĂȘtre proposĂ© sur votre site. A l'arrivĂ©e sur place la personne Ă  l'accueil me dit ne pas avoir reçu le rĂšglement et me demande de payer en liquide contre remise d'une facture. J'ai bien Ă©videment refusĂ© et aprĂšs avoir insistĂ© j'ai fini par avoir le responsable au tĂ©lĂ©phone qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Au final je n'ai pas dormi dans l'hĂŽtel et je me suis dĂ©brouillĂ© pour trouver un plan B.
