Excellent hotel. Convenient location for the Strand, ferry wharf and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable. Sink vanity area in bedroom but loo and shower were separate which was a very convenient set up. Nice pool area and both restaurants served really good food.

Very loud, we were given a room away from the pool area as that would be the quietest. Not so much. It was a Saturday night, we were next to the alleyway andbwere woken up from fights on the street and nearby pubs emptying all their bottles into skip bins at 4am. There were also lots of bugs in our room when we returned home that evening. Possibly from opening the door which is lit up - watch for this, time your entry!

My room was next to the restaurant and bar so I the other diners and the music playing. I ordered my steak medium to well done and it was like rare and the mushroom gravy was disgusting, overall if I had a different room, I would stay again but would dine elsewhere

This is my second stay but probably last due to low water pressure and no hot water, just the chill off it and shower drain blocking. Other than that it has a nice vibe, great pool and welcoming reception staff. Sorry but the water issues are a deal breaker for me.
