They put us in some kind of basement room which was not even done meaning it seems that it was under construction. Aminities were not available and it wasn’t a good experience. Shower water was cold as well . Very disappointing experience

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was excellent. Beds are comfortable. Toilet is not draining properly but the staff was really helpful and the problem was resolved right away. We will choose to stay again in this hotel for our future getaway in Quebec.

This use to be a good hotel, but it aged very poorly. From the door card always demagnitizing if it comes close to any mag-safe devices, to the ultra low pressure in the shower, and the very poor lighting quality and absence of charging outlet, it feels like a poor adaptation to today’s market, even more so when competition around the corner has up their game to the next level. The Must across the street ring an older hotel has upgraded their rooms to today’s modern needs and finishes, and the newer Home to Suite from Hilton a few blocks away has so much more to offer for the same price range.

Our room was infested with ants. Dozens of ants were crawling in the bathroom and around the bed. The room wasn’t very clean either. Very dusty and full of spider webs. We asked the front desk to be relocated to another room, because we didn’t want to sleep surrounded by ants. They said they could not help us move to another room and said they would send someone to solve the ant problem during the next day. When we came back in the evening the following day, there was still ants everywhere. Very disappointing. Will not be going back to this hotel again.
